Insert the new baffle fully and secure it with the retaining screws.

Yes. The wrap burns off once the exhaust reaches operating temperature.

While possible, V&H does not recommend baffle removal due to performance loss and potential tuning issues.

Warranty is one year from purchase date. Photos and proof of purchase are required to process an RMA.
